What are your pricing plans?
Pricing plans are listed just above. These are monthly subscription costs.
What is your payment schedule?
We send an invoice at the beginning of the month. The invoice is due within 7 days.
Is there a contract?
We invoice monthly. You can cancel anytime. Term contracts apply only for the Scale plan.
At what stage can I work with you?
We are ideal fits for companies that are pre-PMF or at early PMF. In fact, you should consider us your growth partner as soon as you are ready to go to market (for startups, this should be as early as possible),
Do you have a Refund policy?
Yes, we return payments if you choose to cancel before the end of the month. For example, you settle your invoice on the 7th day but choose to cancel on the 15th day. We will fully refund the remaining 15 days' payment.
Do you offer free trials or pilots?
No, we do not offer free trials. But, the first week of the first month you begin working with us is designed as a look-in period. If you are not satisfied with our work during the period and want to stop, we will cancel the invoice.
Do you have a lead-based pricing plan?
No, our pricing plans are for the work we do. While some agencies offer lead-based plans, the model does not fit our customer cohort because we work with a lot of early stage companies that are still searching for ICPs.
